Many more photos of the baseball facilities and players
will soon be posted [we just need to take some first].
Indoor Practice Facility
Located between the baseball and softball fields, our 20,000 square foot,
1.4 million dollar indoor practice facility was made possible by voters’
approval of the 2004 Broken Arrow School Bond Election.
What's Inside
We have six retractable cages, locker rooms for both girls and boys with 52
custom made wood grain lockers. We also have locker rooms for the
coaches and weight-lifting equipment for strength and conditioning.
The floor is covered with turf to accommodate taking infield practice.
The building has both heat and air.
The construction of this facility has been a huge plus for our Baseball
program. Even though we prefer practicing on our field, it's nice to be
able to move it indoors when the weather is uncooperative.
The facility is also utilized by the Softball and Cheerleading programs.

Constructed in 2005, "Lowe's Left Field Corner"
was made possible by a generous donation of the
material by Lowe's, and many hours of hard work
by the following volunteers:
Phil Klimas
Connie Skidmore
Leon Willhite
Terry Benight
Kyle Wood
Dave Wails
Joe Wilkins
Chuck Pendergrass
Mark Hartman
Carl Mays
Perry Fisher
Many thanks to all involved for constructing this
wonderful addition to our complex!
Watching a game from the "'Left Field Corner"
offers a unique vantage point offered by few (if any)
other high school fields. So if you've never ventured
out there to watch a game, check it out, you'll be
glad you did!

In the movie "Field of Dreams" the
quote, "If you build it, they will come",
is an integral part of the story. There
is truth in that statement, but to keep
them coming back takes a fair amount
of maintenance.
Coach Dobson (right), along with his
staff and players, spend countless
hours maintaining the field and
surrounding area.
Thanks to all of their dedication and
hard work, Tiger Field is considered to
be one of the top venues in the state.

"Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these
couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds."
The "Postman's Motto" might also apply to baseball coaches,
as Coach Nold braved the elements to cover the field.
